The main tasks for the Bilingual Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:



- Processing Orders: processing customer orders, generating packing slips, managing backorders, transport documentation and invoicing;

- General office tasks such as filing, spreadsheets, sourcing product data for data entry, accounts receivable/collections.

-Provide prompt, friendly and professional customer service to our customers and sales team.

- Logistics documents and tracking;

-Dealing with US Customs for our USA shipments.

-Point of contact for transport companies and negotiating transport rates.

- Provide support and solutions to customers in accordance with customer service policies;

Description of the skills required for the Bilingual Administrative Assistant:



-Have relevant professional experience as a bilingual office or logistics clerk or a similar position;

-3 years of experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook is important;

-Excellent written and oral skills in both English and French. It is important that the candidate be fully bilingual in order to deal with customers,

vendors and

sales team in Quebec and the United States.



- The Bilingual Administrative Assistant should be someone outgoing, well-spoken, organized and reliable who can work in a team.

-*The candidate must reside in Montreal and be authorized to work in Quebec (Canada).



Minimum years of experience in a similar position: 3 years.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

Starting salary: $23 / hour

- Traitement des commandes : traitement des commandes clients, generation des bordereaux d'expedition, gestion des commandes en souffrance, cree les documents de transport et de la facturation ;

- Taches administratives generales telles que le classement, la gestion des feuilles de calcul, la recherche de donnees produits pour la saisie de donnees, les comptes clients/recouvrements.

- Fournir un service client rapide, courtois et professionnel a nos clients et a notre equipe commerciale.

- Documents logistiques et suivi des commandes;

- Relations avec les douanes americaines pour nos expeditions aux Etats-Unis.

- Point de contact pour les entreprises de transport et negociation des tarifs de transport.

- Fournir un soutien et des solutions aux clients conformement aux politiques de service client ;

Description des competences requises pour l'assistant administratif bilingue :

- Posseder une experience professionnelle pertinente en tant que l'assistant administratif bilingue ou de logistique bilingue ou a un poste similaire ;

- 3 ans d'experience avec Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et Outlook sont importants ;

- Excellentes competences ecrites et orales en anglais et en francais. Il est important que le/la candidat(e) soit parfaitement bilingue afin de pouvoir traiter avec les clients Quebec et aux Etats-Unis.

- L'adjoint(e) administratif(ve) bilingue doit etre une personne extravertie, eloquent(e), organisee et fiable, capable de travailler en equipe.

- Le/La candidat(e) doit resider a Montreal et etre autorise(e) a travailler au Quebec (Canada).
Minimum d'annees d'experience dans un poste similaire : 3 ans.

Horaires de travail : du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h a 17 h.

Salaire de depart : 23 $/heure
