Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined

E-Bike Technician

to join our growing team. In this role, your primary focus will be on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric bikes (e-bikes), with secondary support in warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on e-bikes, including electrical systems, motors, brakes, and drivetrains. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with efficiency and accuracy. Conduct safety inspections and performance tests to ensure bikes are in top condition before use or sale. Assist in assembling new e-bikes and accessories according to manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed repair logs and service records. Support inventory control by tracking parts usage and reporting shortages or discrepancies. Assist with warehouse tasks such as picking/packing orders, organizing stock, and shipping when needed. Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience working with bikes or e-bikes in a repair or technical role is strongly preferred. Solid understanding of electrical systems and wiring technologies is a plus. Mechanical aptitude with comfort using tools, schematics, and diagnostics software. Forklift experience or certification is an asset (training can be provided). Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and standing for extended periods. Willingness to occasionally assist with general warehouse duties.
