Service Writer / Warranty Technician - Be the Backbone of Our Bike Shop!

We're on the lookout for a Service Writer to take charge of work orders, keep the shop organized, and make sure our customers feel confident their bikes are in good hands. If you're someone who enjoys juggling different tasks but keeps each one in focus, let's talk!

What You'll Do:

• Own the Work Orders : Write clear, accurate service requests that make our mechanics' jobs a breeze.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly : Stay on top of service jobs and update customers on progress. Your attention to detail ensures nothing falls through the cracks!
• Support Our Sales Team : Jump in when needed to assist customers or keep the sales floor humming.
• Handle Warranties Like a Pro : Manage bike warranty claims and coordinate with manufacturers to get everything sorted.

You'd Be a Great Fit If:

• You have a knack for staying organized and ensuring that everything is done right the first time.
• You possess a solid understanding of bike mechanics and service, or you have experience as a service writer in another industry (like automotive) and are eager to expand your bike knowledge.

• Your communication skills are top-notch, both written and verbal, and you enjoy keeping customers and teammates informed every step of the way.
