Primary duties include but are not limited to providing a fluid and accommodating point of contact for customers to drop off their bicycles that are in need of service and repair. A large portion of the job is face-to-face discussion and questioning to determine how to best serve the customer and their needs.
A thorough multi-point inspection of every bicycle is completed and options are discussed with the customer to determine the best service outcome to have their bike functioning at its best for their needs.
On-the-spot labour and parts requirements will be determined to give an encompassing quote so customers know what to expect from their service experience.
