Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Bids & Grant Manager

to join our team. This role is critical to securing funding and business opportunities through competitive processes such as grant applications and bid proposals. The successful candidate will research funding prospects, prepare and manage proposals, oversee grant administration, and foster strong relationships with funders, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify grant and bid opportunities aligned with organizational goals. Write compelling, compliant, and persuasive grant applications and bid proposals. Oversee the entire grant lifecycle, from planning and approval to monitoring and closure. Build and maintain relationships with funding agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders. Ensure all applications and funded projects meet requirements and regulations. Track progress of submissions and prepare timely, accurate reports for awarded grants and bids. Partner with internal teams, such as operations, finance, program staff, to gather necessary data and align proposals with strategic objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and reports. Strong research and analytical skills to identify and assess funding opportunities. Proficiency in grant management systems and relevant software tools. Experience collaborating with multi-stakeholder and cross-functional teams Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
