Myticas Consulting\'s direct client is looking for Fulltime IT Audit Administrator to provide guidance to key company stakeholders to mitigate information technology (IT) risk and enhance IT internal controls. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and their analytical mindset to uphold standards, maintain internal IT controls and ensure the proper policies and procedures are in place and followed for our IT systems. Roles Responsibilities
  • Perform technical and operational audits and reviews of key internal control procedures in connection with SOX testing
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of external audits
  • Issue written reports outlining findings and recommendations based on audit results
  • Assist with the development and implementation of data analytics and ad-hoc data analysis to improve audit efficiency
  • Document relevant business processes and their implications on information security
  • Responsible for Enterprise Vulnerability Management within the Canadian division
  • Provides security reports with recommendations on solutions and remediations
  • Ensures compliance with organizational security rules and standards.
  • Prioritize remediation of gaps based on internal and external audits
  • Prepares compliance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
  • Ensure company standards regarding security control elements throughout the organization are followed
Qualifications
  • Experience, Education and Designations:
  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience supporting IT auditing and cyber security role
  • Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Continuous improvement and customer centric mindset
  • Good financial and business awareness
  • Strong written, verbal skills and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Working Conditions:
  • Hybrid work as an option with in office work at the Corporate office located in Vaughan.
