Job Description
Myticas Consulting is looking to bring aboard an energetic and results-driven IT Technical Recruiter to support our rapidly expanding talent acquisition efforts for our large telecom client pools throughout Canada and the United States. The ideal candidate will ideally have some prior experience recruiting IT personnel (or some form of recruitment experience in general) and who is currently based (or plans to be situated) within the Ottawa and/or greater region. The Technical Recruiter will report to the account executive and conduct recruiting tasks as assigned by the team lead to identify and evaluate potential candidates for net new and ongoing requirements. Work location: Greater Ottawa/hybrid remote. Qualifications:
- Ideally, previous IT recruitment experience primarily for positions such as, but not limited to, Full Stack Developers, Cloud Developers/Architects, Telecom Engineers (Networks) - both contract and full-time positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills is a must.
- Experience or knowledge of utilizing sourcing technologies to help fill candidate pipelines (social media networks, job boards, career fairs, internal databases, etc...).
- Has a passion for results-driven financial benefits.
