About the Role:
Reporting to the Bell Captain your main responsibilities will be for the correct handling of luggage and answering any guest queries. This role is critical to the hotel as you will be the first person guests see when they arrive to the hotel and also when they depart. To succeed in this role, you will have to be able to handle pressure well, work efficiently and maintain a 5 star level of service standard at all times. This position is a great pathway for someone wanting to gain experience working in the Front Office Department.
