The Crystal Ladder Learning Centre (CLLC) is proud to be expanding and continue with its dedication to provide innovative educational and social programs. With a holistic approach to Early Childhood Education and Developmental Services, The Crystal Ladder Learning Centre is committed to offering a wide array of programs that foster fun and learning in a safe inclusive environment. We are currently seeking a qualified Behavioural Therapist to facilitate Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy programs and Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI) to children within our classrooms. Our facilities in both locations incorporate a multidisciplinary approach in teaching all educational targets and strive to recruit, educate and train all staff members joining our team in order to provide excellent services for our learners.Position Details:

• Facilitating 1:1 ABA therapy programs to children with Autism &/or other neurodevelopmental exceptionalities.

• Detailed data collection and binder maintenance.

• Ongoing communication with the CLLC Team: Senior Supervisors, Behavioural Therapists, Speech & Language Pathologists, and Communicative Disorder Assistants.

• Demonstrate a passion for creating and maintaining a fun-filled rapport in which learning objectives are delivered in a naturalistic play-based manner.

Qualifications:

• Current Enrollment in B.A. program in Education / Child Psychology; Behavioural Science & Technology / ECE

• Degree in Education / Child Psychology / OCT Certified ; Diploma in Behavioural Science & Technology / ECE

• Minimum 6 months of direct ABA/IBI experience within a clinical and educational facility.

• Certified First Aid and CPR and CPI would be a great asset

• Must be able to lift at least 40 Lbs

• Must be able to sit on the floor with children, be engaging, be able to run, walk at a fast pace and energetic
