Magnificent Minds Inc. (TORONTO) is seeking dedicated, energetic and passionate professionals to work in our school stream and therapy stream in the following capacities:

• 1:1 Instructor/Behaviour Therapist: Primarily responsible for implementing ABA Therapy within a school setting, under the direct supervision of a BCBA.

Magnificent Minds Inc. offers progressive Applied Behaviour Analysis as well as specialized educational instruction, implementing trauma-informed practices that celebrate neurodiversity and prioritize mental health/wellness. As an agency we are collaborative and multi-disciplinary. This is a high energy, often high intensity, position. BCBA Supervision provided. There is room for growth within the company, which has been steadily growing since 2011. We are looking to for candidates to fill FULL TIME roles only. Ideal candidates: -Have education and training in the field of ABA, IBI, Special Education and/or Child Development (or related) -Have demonstrated history of effectiveness with a broad variety of learners including but not limited to those on the Autism spectrum (other relevant experience: ADD, Down syndrome, ODD, OCD, Anxiety, and others). -Have a track record of effective communication with colleagues, parents and supervisors. -Understand the fundamentals and procedures of effective behavioural servicesincluding an awareness of evidence based approaches. -Have demonstrated commitment to abiding by ethical standards of behaviour/performance. -Want to work on a team of highly motivated professionals (under the supervision of a psychologist and/or BCBA) with their finger on the pulse of evidence-based procedures that promote client well being and maximize client outcomes. Priority will be given to applicants with: -Experience working with kids/youth ages 2.5 to 13 -Have or are pursuing BST, ABS, RBT, BCBA or related degree program Compensation is determined based on experience and education.
