Behavioral Therapist

Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA
- Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address behavioral challenges
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients using behavior modification techniques
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior changes
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of client needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions and progress

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges, such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, or developmental disabilities

- Social service worker diploma or related field

- Child and youth worker diploma or related field
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with individuals with behavioral challenges
