Job Description

Thank you for your interest in the Senior Behaviour Therapist position with Inclusive Milestones Children Development Centres (IMCDC).

This position is responsible for delivery and implementation of client specific ABA intervention in compliance with IMCDC policies and procedures. We provide individualized and comprehensive assessments as well as unique treatment programs for each of our clients. Inclusive Milestones strongly believes in a multi-disciplinary and child centred approach to therapy.

Inclusive Milestones is looking for an energetic and creative Sr. ABA Therapist to provide and oversee daily ABA therapy interventions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assess clients using ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP etc. Design and develop individualized programming. Supervise ABA programs throughout the centre. Provide training and feedback to a team of Instructor Therapists who implement ABA therapies. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in the centre. To collaborate and consult with other company professionals. To create and develop therapy materials as needed. Meets and trains parents/caregivers/teachers/staff when needed. To provide families with resources, information and home programming. Assist with parent workshops as needed. Participate in continuing education classes and workshop to remain current and up to date within the field. Write clinical reports such as Individual Service Plans (ISP) Monitor delivery and progression of programming To model language facilitation strategies and the use of visual communication devices/systems to other team members.

Report to Board Certified Behavior Analyst.


Education, Experience, and Qualifications:



Have a degree in ABA related field or Masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Minimum 6 years of experience as a Senior Behaviour Therapist Minimum 6+ years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental exceptionalities is required. Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills. Proficient verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Additional Information:



As a condition of employment, successful candidates will be required to submit a current Vulnerable Sector Check from the police jurisdiction in which they reside prior to commencing employment with Inclusive Milestones. Vulnerable Sector Check documents are only valid if issued within the last six months. Start date December 1st 2025
