Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven BDR to join our growing team.\xf0\x9f\x99\x82 You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound lead generation, inbound lead qualification, and targeted account prospecting.

You will work closely with the co-founders, the sales, dev and design teams to identify and engage with potential customers, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. \xf0\x9f\x9a\x80

\xf0\x9f\x93\x9d Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential target accounts through various channels and develop an account-based sales strategy to penetrate and win business
  • Conduct outbound lead generation and follow-up activities, including cold calling and emailing to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with users, using consultative selling techniques to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges
  • Support user pre-onboarding and post-onboarding
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects and develop compelling messaging and presentations to generate interest
  • Collaborate with the sales and development team to develop and execute on account strategies and provide insights on customer needs and feedback
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and prospecting activities in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience working at early stage tech startups
