What you will be doing Senior Talent Manager (remote) \xe2\x80\x93 full time

• Handle consistent communication with talent and provide career direction

• Create campaign concepts for all incoming offers for the TIKTAL Roster of talent based on budget and talent strengths

• Negotiate and set appropriate budgets

• Develop relationships with individuals and brands

• Pitch outgoing opportunities to brands based on talent needs

• Keep informed of industry trends, events and deals

• Consistently explore opportunities to develop existing clients and participate in new program pitches and presentations

• Provide insight and research new talent

• Manage personal roster of talent

• Organize reasonable timelines

• Confirm all requirements and logistics of campaigns

• Manage talent\xe2\x80\x99s calendar

• Manage the client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations

• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing

• A thorough knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for growing influencer profiles

• Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and ability to deliver creative feedback

• Strong communication, both written & verbal

• Able to work well under-pressure in a fast-paced environment or when time sensitive emergencies arise

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience

• YouTube Certification(s) is a plus
