You will be the first point of contact for many prospective customers, creating interest and building value in our dealership. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers with the goal of booking sales appointments.
Follow up on internet leads, past inquiries, and unsold showroom visits.
Clearly communicate dealership promotions, vehicle options, and purchase opportunities.
Maintain professional phone etiquette to build trust and encourage appointments.
Record all customer interactions and appointment details in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize conversion.
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a dealership BDC role is preferred.
Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and handling objections.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment-setting tools is an asset.
Goal-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
