Theralytics is a leading practice management and data collection platform built specifically for ABA therapy providers. As we expand into British Columbia, we're seeking a local BCBA who also owns a practice to partner with us in refining our product for the BC market.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)
who is a
Registered Autism Service Provider (RASP)
in British Columbia and owns either a private practice or an ABA therapy company. In this contract role, you will act as a product advisor, helping us understand BC-specific workflows, billing structures, and compliance requirements so we can adapt Theralytics to meet the needs of providers in your region.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert insight on BC ABA therapy workflows, funding models, and RASP requirements.
Review product features and provide feedback on usability and compliance for the BC market.
Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in scheduling, billing, and reporting features.
Participate in regular virtual meetings with the Theralytics product team.
Test and evaluate new features prior to release.
Share practical examples from private practice to ensure the platform aligns with real-world needs.
Qualifications
Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
Registered Autism Service Provider (RASP) in British Columbia.
Owner of a private ABA practice or ABA therapy company in BC.
Strong knowledge of BC funding, billing, and compliance processes for ABA services.
Comfortable providing constructive feedback and collaborating with a product development team.
Experience with ABA practice management or data collection software is an asset.
Contract Details
Part-time, flexible hours (estimated 5-10 hours/month).
Remote role with occasional virtual meetings.
Competitive hourly rate.
Initial contract term: 3-6 months, with possibility of extension.
