Our independent Islamic elementary and secondary school is inviting applications for a part time teacher to teach English Language Arts for grades K-4. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities
Prepare courses and lessons to students according to the BC curriculum and the school's philosophy.
Teach students using a systematic plan of lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and nature.
Lead students in activities to promote their physical, mental and social development.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Education
Valid BC Teaching Certificate
An understanding of the Islamic Religion or willingness to work at an Islamic School.
