Position Summary:

We are seeking a

dedicated, detail-oriented Batch Maker

to join our production team. This individual will be responsible for mixing and preparing batches of paint and color dispersions according to specific formulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following detailed formulas and batch sheets Operate mixers, pumps, dispersers, and other production equipment Record batch data and maintain accurate production logs Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and work area Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of chemicals Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure product meets specifications Assist in raw material inventory and restocking as needed
Qualifications:

Previous experience in paint manufacturing, chemical batching, or related field preferred Basic math and measurement skills Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety procedures Physically capable of lifting up to 50-70 lbs, standing for long periods, and wearing appropriate PPE Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality and workplace safety Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
