Job Summary
The Batch Maker is responsible for accurately preparing and mixing raw materials to produce hair care products according to established formulas and quality standards. This role ensures consistency, safety, and efficiency in the manufacturing process while adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Operate mixing and blending equipment
to combine ingredients for hair productsMonitor batch processes
for temperature, viscosity, and other critical parameters.Maintain accurate records
of batch production, including lot numbers and quantities.Perform quality checks
to ensure compliance with specifications.Clean and sanitize equipment
and work areas to meet hygiene and safety standards.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
and safety protocols at all times.Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams
to resolve issues and improve processes.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in chemical mixing or manufacturing is a plus.
Experience in batch making or chemical mixing
in beauty, cosmetics, or related industries preferred. Ability toread and interpret batch sheets and formulas
accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Knowledge ofGMP, safety standards, and handling chemicals
.Evening Shift
Monday-Friday from 3pm-11pm
Job Type: Full-time
