Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Compounder / Batch Maker to join our production team. This person will be responsible for preparing and making batches according to written formulas and for working closely with other team members on production tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare all required ingredients, tools, containers, and paperwork before starting a batch Follow batch records and formulas to weigh, measure, and add ingredients accurately Operate mixers, blenders, and related production equipment safely Monitor batches during processing and report any issues to the supervisor Label batches clearly and complete basic production records Keep the work area, equipment, and tools clean and organized Follow all safety, hygiene, and company procedures

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, compounding, cosmetics, or food production is an asset Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Able to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures Able to lift containers and stand for extended periods (as required by the job) Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
