offers basketball training sessions in North York, Scarborough, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Vaughan. Committed to providing skill development, house league, clinics, and rep team basketball training for children and teenagers aged 4-15.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Basketball Head Coach to join our team! If you love working with young athletes, have a strong basketball background, and are committed to player development, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Following the

JR NBA

to conduct basketball training sessions for players aged 4-15. Ensure availability on

Saturdays and Sundays

for training sessions. Travel independently between different school locations -

a personal vehicle is required

. Adjust training programs based on feedback from parents and players to optimize learning outcomes. Effectively communicate with parents, providing progress updates and gathering feedback. Develop individualized

training summaries and improvement plans

for each athlete (Head coach are required to work extra time to finish player monthly evaluation. Maintain high energy levels and ensure an engaging, motivating training environment.

A strong, clear voice is essential.

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with players, parents, and staff.

Reside in the GTA

and have no relocation plans in the next

two years

. Possess a

strong professional basketball background

, with at least

5 years of coaching or basketball teaching experience

. Serve as a role model by promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline. Stay updated with modern basketball coaching methodologies and player development techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in basketball coaching is a plus. Experience coaching in structured basketball academies, clubs, high school teams or college teams First Aid & CPR certification is a must Criminal Record Check
