Inn at the Forks is home to SMITH Restaurant, which opened in September 2014 succeeding the restaurant that was The Current. SMITH is fine fare, done right. Built on craftmanship and a dedication to the finer points, the restaurant celebrates the truth of honest food created from the diversity of the lands and waters of our great country. The menu features simple, luxurious food with big flavors from the best local suppliers. SMITH serves Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner and Late Night. It has extensive wine, beer, scotch and cocktail menus.

Bartender

As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality cocktails are made efficiently, and according to our standards. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant setting, we welcome you to apply.

Duties:

1. Responsible to mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests.

2. Verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, accepting payment from customers, cleaning glasses and bar utensils and balancing cash receipts to record sales.

3. Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.

4. Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table:

1. At least 2-3 years of Bartending experience in a fast-paced, cocktail environment
2. A positive and hardworking attitude
3. Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
4. The ability to stay focused in a high volume, fast-paced industry and ensure accuracy and procedures are followed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
