Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Uphold high standards of customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.

Experience

Previous bartending experience must have at least 2 years. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Math skills for cash handling and drink pricing accuracy. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is beneficial. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. If you know how to do a bar show thats a plus.
