Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system and manage tabs for customers. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Skills

Strong background in food service or the food industry is preferred. Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Experience in bartending or mixology is highly desirable. Proficient in using POS systems for efficient order processing. Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
