We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in the restaurant or food industry, preferably as a Bartender or in a similar role. Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
