Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving beverages to customers
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their experience
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe and responsible environment

Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, including mixing drinks, garnishing, and glassware selection
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide personalized service
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
