We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to engage with customers and manage the bar area efficiently will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices. Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Understanding of food safety practices related to beverage preparation and serving. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.50-$17.49 per hour
