Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor, garnishes, and glassware. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and manage transactions. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Demonstrate effective time management skills during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is required. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during peak hours. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
