We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to recipes and customer preferences Use POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders and payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations at all times Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including cashiering responsibilities Engage with guests in a friendly manner to enhance their overall experience Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts Monitor guest consumption and enforce responsible alcohol service policies Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food alongside beverages when necessary Uphold all health and safety standards related to food service and alcohol consumption

Skills

Proven experience in a restaurant or food service environment, especially in bartending roles Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order management Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal requirements and company policies Hospitality-oriented mindset focused on creating positive guest experiences Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
