Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. A passion for the food industry and eagerness to learn about new drink recipes and techniques.
