Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Experience in fine dining or casual fine dining is preferred, along with proficiency in various Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages during events or busy periods Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events or catering services as needed Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring all guests feel welcome and valued

Requirements

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred Familiarity with GiveX POS systems is a plus Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous
