We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a delightful experience for our patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Process orders efficiently using the POS system, including Micros POS, while ensuring accurate cash handling. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and addressing any inquiries regarding the menu. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of service. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking as necessary.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a bartending or food service role. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices in the food industry. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
