Preparing syrups for drinks, keeping track of stock
Prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha beverages, and other specialty drinks consistently and efficiently
Take customer orders, process sales through POS, and handle payments accurately
Serve baked goods and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere
Learn product details and ingredients to assist customers with questions
Help with small tasks around the bakery (for example stamp bags & cups)
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Maintain cleanliness of the front-of-house area, including dining tables, counters, and service stations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous barista experience required; latte art skills preferred
Food Handler certificate
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Barista experience or knowledge of coffee preparation is desirable
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
Enjoy working in a small, collaborative team environment
Important to be able to organize your own time. For example if there is a down time - help stamping bags & cups or refill the display case.
Advanced English level skills required.

7:00 / 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Thursday & Friday
8:00/8:30 am to 12:00 on Saturday & Sunday
Pay: $18/h + tips
