We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. Located in a vibrant community, this role is essential for delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring smooth operations during busy breakfast and lunch hours.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area throughout the shift. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery to customers.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Knowledge of food safety practices is an asset.
