Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality in a refined dining setting? We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista Bar Service Person in WOW Hospitality's fine dining establishment. This is a part time Monday to Friday position (730am-330pm shifts) with opportunities to pick up other shifts during the week.

Responsibilities:

Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a genuine and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression.

POS Operation- Effectively operate the POS system (Squirrel) to ensure smooth flow of traffic, and proper payments taken quickly and efficiently.

Assembling orders quickly and effectively.

Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with guests, servers, and management to ensure a seamless dining experience..

Guest Assistance: Provide assistance to guests, answering inquiries about the menu, special requests, and any other needs they may have on the phone or in person.

Maintain Lobby Appearance: Keep the lobby and waiting areas immaculate, reflecting the sophistication of our establishment.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to guarantee exceptional service.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a upscale restaurant setting and barista experience is preferred, but no necessary.

Hospitality Skills: Possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable experience.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage reservations efficiently and coordinate seating arrangements effectively.

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
