Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

Availability required: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm (These are our operating hours that you will be required to be scheduled at some point during these hours)

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes. Operate the POS Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment. Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of products served. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage repeat business.

Skills

Previous barista experience in the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour
