Job Description

We are searching for a positive, friendly individual to join our team 3-4 days a week, including weekends. Must have at least ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE at a Specialty Coffee shop dialling in a grinder, steaming milk, pouring latte art. Kindly note that Tim Hortons, Starbucks and % Arabica are not considered Specialty Coffee
Having a BAKING experience will be a plus, a willingness to learn and puntuality are qualities that will be highly valued. We strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere for our regular customers, so strong customer service skills are a must.

Summary

As a Barista, you will be essential in delivering intentional customer service while expertly preparing and serving beverages and food items. Your core skills in barista experience and serving will ensure that our customers enjoy a delightful experience. Proficiency in POS systems, particularly Touch Bistro POS, along with strong time management abilities, will enhance your efficiency in a bustling environment. Additionally, your relevant skills in baking, food handling and food safety will support our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders promptly. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items in a timely manner. Operate the POS system efficiently for processing transactions accurately. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods. Manage food preparation tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Pay: $17.75-$18.50 per hour
