Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your role will involve not only crafting delicious drinks but also providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation and handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including workstations and equipment. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions about menu items. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.

Skills

Strong understanding of food safety practices in food handling and preparation. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous Barista experience. Previous experience in food service or the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
