Overview

As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.

Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency. Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist in serving food and beverages to customers while ensuring timely delivery. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all tasks are completed promptly. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are necessary. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
