Each Blenz cafe is carefully designed to incorporate a welcoming and relaxed social setting to make each customer visit satisfying in every way. Our specialty beverages paired with our sweet and savory food menu come together to create a superior cafe experience.

We are looking to hire an experienced barista with a love of coffee, a genuine passion for people, as well as a desire to learn and be the best they can be. You will learn to craft the perfect cup of coffee ensuring each cup is filled with warmth and happiness. We are committed to the personal growth and development of each of our employees so they will have the skills for serving all our products with individualized attention to each customer and beverage, with a friendly smile :)

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed

Requirements

- Experience in the food industry or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and help team members as needed
