Baristas:
- Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks according to company standards
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow food safety guidelines and protocols while handling and preparing food items
- Prioritize and manage time effectively to ensure timely service to customers
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Client focused and efficient interpersonal skills
- Willing and open to learning new skills/ tasks
- Attentive to details (quality of product)
- Initiative, Reliability and Organized
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a smile on your face.
- Friendly and can work well with other in a team.
