La Foret is looking for baristas to join our team!
Title: Barista
Work Location: 1135 Austin Ave, Coquitlam
Wage: $17.50/hour (dependent upon experience)
Hours of Work: 20-30 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-time or Part-Time, Permanent
Benefit: 4% of gross salary or 10 days of paid vacation, extended health and dental
Positions Available: 10
Job Duties:
Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Taking customer orders and provide exceptional customer service Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality. Operating POS and handling cash transactions accurately Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in the coffee industry is preferred Familiarity with cash handling procedures and using a point-of-sale (POS) system is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude Flexible to work on evening, weekends and holidays
