We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and customer service, with the ability to provide exceptional grooming services while creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Barber, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' appearance and confidence through your expertise in haircuts, shaves, and styling.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims tailored to individual client preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations on styles and products. Upsell hair care products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost retail sales. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, and managing cash transactions. Foster strong customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide clients with contemporary options.

Qualifications

Valid barbering license or certification as required by city regulations. Proven experience in hair styling and barbering techniques. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanour. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
