At Bar Reyna , we're taking everything to the next level - from our space and service to our food and vibes. As a Barback, you'll play a crucial role in making sure the bar runs like a well-oiled machine, supporting the bartenders and team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Keeping the bar stocked and organized, ensuring everything is ready for a fast-paced service
• Supporting the bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and ensuring a smooth flow behind the bar
• Ensuring the bar area stays clean and presentable throughout service
• Anticipating the needs of the bar team and jumping in wherever you're needed to keep things moving
• Contributing to the vibrant energy of the bar, working as a team to keep the experience top-tier for every guest

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a Barback or similar role is a bonus, but not required
• A proactive, hands-on approach to supporting the bar team
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for delivering great service
• Flexible availability and a strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
