We are seeking a motivated and energetic

Barback

to support our bar and restaurant team. The ideal candidate will assist bartenders by maintaining a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth service operations. Responsibilities

Restock bar supplies including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and garnishes to ensure efficient service Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and surfaces Assist bartenders with preparing ingredients for drink making and food presentation Support with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic meal prep and garnishing Handle food safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations Ensure the bar is well-organized and stocked during shifts to prevent delays in service Assist with cashiering duties using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries Support team members in maintaining a welcoming environment for guests

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or cashiering is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of food preparation, meal presentation, and beverage service Customer service-oriented attitude with a friendly demeanor Experience in kitchen operations or hotel/hospitality settings is advantageous Ability to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

Work Location: In person
