Job Summary

As a

Busser/Barback

at Omnia Restaurant & Lounge, you'll play a key role in supporting both our service and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. You'll assist servers by clearing and resetting tables, refilling water, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You'll also support the bar team by restocking supplies, polishing cups and glassware, preparing garnishes, and keeping the bar area neat and fully stocked throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

- Assist servers by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables quickly and efficiently - Refill guests' water glasses and assist with running food and beverages as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, bar, and service stations - Support bartenders by restocking liquor, ice, garnishes, and bar supplies throughout the shift - Polish and restock cups to ensure they are ready for service - Remove used glassware and dishes from tables and the bar area promptly - Ensure all supplies and service areas are stocked and ready before and during service - Work closely with the serving and bar teams to provide excellent guest service

Requirements

Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Experience in hospitality is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
