As a vital support to our bartenders and service staff, you'll ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly. Responsibilities

Assist bartenders by restocking supplies such as glassware, garnishes, liquor, and mixers to maintain seamless service. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Support food preparation tasks when needed, including handling light food prep or plating for events like banquets or catering. Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas efficiently to keep the space tidy. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing when required. Help with setup and breakdown of events, including catering functions or large banquet service. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights in a nightclub or hospitality setting.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred; experience with food handling and catering is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards in bar and kitchen areas. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve guests professionally. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Experience working in nightclubs, banquet halls, hotels, or similar fast-paced venues is desirable. A positive attitude with a passion for customer service and teamwork.
