Job Title:

Bar Supervisor Approx 30 hrs per week

15 minutes west of Cochrane

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced

Bar Supervisor

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong cocktail and wine knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead and support bar staff during service, ensuring high standards are maintained. Create, prepare, and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with consistency and flair. Provide knowledgeable wine service and assist guests with wine selection. Manage bar inventory, including regular stock counts and ordering supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health and safety standards. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any guest issues in a professional manner. Train and mentor junior bar team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a cocktail-focused bar environment. Strong working knowledge of wine and wine service. Experience with inventory management and ordering processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Smart Serve (or relevant certification) required.
