The Bar Manager will oversee all bar operations, ensuring smooth service, quality beverages, and a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will lead by example, inspire a team of bartenders, and maintain a strong focus on inventory management, staff training, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bar operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Develop creative cocktail menus and collaborate with the culinary team to pair beverages with menu items.
• Recruit, train, and mentor bar staff to deliver consistent and professional service.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management to minimize waste and maintain profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and cleanliness.
• Monitor and analyze bar performance metrics, including sales and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and beer, with a passion for innovation and trends in the beverage industry.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Solid understanding of inventory control and cost management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
