What you'll do

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards Train, mentor, and inspire staff to deliver outstanding customer service and enhance their skills Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels Implement effective cash handling procedures to maintain financial accuracy Develop innovative drink menus that reflect current trends while catering to customer preferences Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized bar environment Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food pairings and special events Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or bar management roles

Preferred qualifications

Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and fine dining experience Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for efficient order processing Strong background in staff training and development within the hospitality sector Experience in budgeting and financial management related to bar operations
